Information we process

If you email info@vialunga.com, we receive your email address, the message, and whatever you choose to include. We keep that correspondence so we can reply.

When you open the site, the hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical data needed to deliver the page and to block abuse: IP address, date and time, the URL requested, and browser type. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not build accounts or marketing profiles from it.

The site does not run analytics. We do not set advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed to filter abusive traffic.

To answer messages sent to the company, and to keep the website available and secure.

Who else processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. proxies the domain name and delivers the site.

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU.

Email sent to info@vialunga.com is received by us. We do not sell personal information.

How long

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the request and to meet legal duties, then delete it. Technical logs follow the ordinary retention of the hosting provider and Cloudflare.
